[1]By a letter dated 29 June 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been unreasonable or vexatious;• the claimant have not complied with the case management orders made by AREJ Burgher and sent to you on 24 May 2023;• you have not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 21 June 2023.• it has not been actively pursued.• it is possibly no longer possible to have a fair hearing of the claim because o the Claimant is no longer pursuing his complaint o the Claimant has failed to comply with orders to prepare his case the Claimant has not responded to correspondence from the Tribunal and from the other party.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 20 July 2023 will not take place.
