JUDGMENT

[1]The claim is struck out.[2]The Tribunal orders that the identity of the Claimant is to be anonymised for the purposes of this judgment as a document entered on the Register.

REASONS

[1]Upon the application of the Claimant and having heard representations from the Respondent, the Tribunal considers that it is no longer possible to have a fair hearing in respect of the claim and therefore strikes out the claim pursuant to Rule 38(e) of the ET Rules of Procedure.[2]Upon the application of the Claimant and having heard representations from the Respondent, the Tribunal considers that it is necessary in the interests of justice to make an anonymity order under Rule 49 of the ET Rules of Procedure as regards the identity of the Claimant.
