JUDGMENT
The judgment of the tribunal is that: 1.1. the complaint of breach of contact in respect of holiday pay between 15 October 2020 and 31 December 2020 is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £422.21 (gross) from which tax and national insurance requires to be deducted, provided that the respondent intimates any such deductions in writing to the claimant and remits the sum deducted to His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs. 1.2. the complaint of breach of contract in respect of holiday pay between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2021 is not well founded and it is hereby dismissed. - 1 - Case Number: 3205484/2022 1.3. the complaint of breach of contract in respect of overtime pay between 1 January 2022 and 30 June 2022 is not well founded and it is hereby dismissed.
