JUDGMENT
[1]the Claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and disability discrimination were presented over two years outside the statutory time limits; absent any application by the Claimant to extend time, the Tribunal lacks jurisdiction to hear them, and they are dismissed;[2]further, on the information available to it, the Tribunal is satisfied that it was reasonably practicable for the Claimant to present his unfair dismissal claim in time;[3]further, on the information available to it, it would not be just and equitable to extend time for the Claimant’s discrimination claim; a fair trial is no longer possible.
