[1]The Claimant’s claims under case number 3205483/22 are withdrawn and hereby DISMISSED.[2]His claim for unpaid wages in case number 3205168/22 SUCCEEDS and he is entitled to be paid the total sum of £1326 calculated gross.[3]The Respondent must pay £1326 to the Claimant within 14 days from which it may deduct the proper amount of tax and national insurance ( if any) and account for those amounts to HMRC.[4]The Claimant has other claims under case number 3205488/22 but these could not be considered today because the notification of hearing did not include these matters.
