The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The Claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £1,000 following a preliminary hearing held on 17 August 2023. This was in order to be able to continue with his complaints of breach of contract, unlawful deduction of wages, discrimination because of religion or belief and discrimination because of race. The Order was sent to the Claimant on 30 August 2023. The Claimant has failed to pay this deposit or any part of it.[2]The complaints of unlawful deduction of wages, breach of contract, discrimination because of religion or belief and discrimination because of race are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[3]The hearing fixed for 1 and 2 February 2024 will not take place.
