Mr A Kahher v Alaskan Ice Ltd: 3205029/2021
JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 12 October 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued.[2]On 15 September 2021 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant instructing him to send a copy of his contract and payslips to the Tribunal. He did not do so.[3]On 4 October 2021 the letter was re-sent to the Claimant and he was instructed to reply by 11 October 2021. He did not do so.[4]On 12 October 2021 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant warning him that his case might be struck out because it had not been actively pursued, and inviting him to make representations, if he objected to the proposal.[5]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done. The claim is therefore struck out.[6]The hearing fixed for 16 December 2021 will not take place. Case Number: 3205029/2021
