[1]The claimant’s claim that the respondent failed to make reasonable adjustments does not have reasonable prospects of success and it is struck out. The Claimant should not provide screenshots but copies of statements. If he has no other bank accounts than the TSB account already disclosed, then by this date, he must a write a signed witness statement to say so.
