JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent having failed to file a response and having failed to attend today the claims succeed as follows.1.1 The claim for unlawful deduction (non-payment) of wages succeeds. The Respondent will pay the Claimant compensation of £400.

1.2 The claim for non-payment of accrued statutory holiday entitlement succeeds. The Respondent will pay the Claimant compensation of £450. Case No: 3204983/2021

1.3 The Claim for £1150 compensation based on the Respondent’s “nonprofessionalism” is dismissed as the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to award the same.
