The judgment of the Tribunal is that:1. The correct name of the respondent is All Seasons Food & Drinks Ltd andthe Tribunal records will be amended accordingly.2. The claimant’s claims of unauthorised deduction from wages contrary tosection 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 were not presented within the time limit set out in section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 when it was reasonably practicable for them to have been presented on time.
