JUDGMENT

UPON hearing from the Claimant, and UPON the Respondent not entering a response to the claim, being warned by letter from the Tribunal dated 7 February 2023 that under Rule 21 a judgment may be issued, being given notice of this hearing and not attending this hearing without contacting the Tribunal, The judgment of the Tribunal is that:-[1]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay is well founded and the Claimant is awarded £390 gross.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction of wages is well founded and the Claimant is awarded £279.50 gross.[3]The Claimant’s claim for notice pay is not well founded and is dismissed.[4]The Claimant confirmed he does not bring a claim for unfair dismissal or any other head of claim within the jurisdiction of the Employment Tribunal.[5]The Respondent will pay the claimant the sum of £669.50 gross.
