JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of unfair dismissal and breach contract were presented out of time.[2]It was reasonably practicable to present those claims in time.[3]Time is not extended to allow the claims to proceed.[4]The claims of unfair dismissal and breach of contract are dismissed as the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear them.[5]The claim for a redundancy payment is struck out on the grounds that: a. It was presented out of time; and It has no reasonable prospect of success.
