[1]Save for the complaints of disability discrimination and unpaid wages, the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to determine the other complaints brought by the Claimant against the First Respondent.[2]As such, those complaints have no reasonable prospects of success and are struck out pursuant to Rule 37 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.[3]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to determine any of the complaints brought by the Claimant against the Second Respondent.
