[1]By a case management order sent to the parties on 25 March 2022, Employment Judge AMS Green ordered the Claimant to write to the Tribunal and the other side by 4 April 2022 providing the further information listed in paragraph 4 of her orders. She ordered at paragraph 5 that if the Claimant did not provide this information by 4 April 2022, the claims for disability discrimination and unfair dismissal will be dismissed without further order.[2]The Claimant has failed to provide the further information required by the required date or at all and has failed to explain why this has not been done.[3]Accordingly, the consequence of the failure to comply with the order is that the disability discrimination and unfair dismissal claims are dismissed without further order. There has been no application for relief from sanction. 6.3 Strike Out Judgment – claim – part - rule 37 Case No: 3204693/2021 3204694/2021 3204695/2021[4]The Claimant’s remaining complaint is a claim for unpaid salary.
