JUDGMENT

[1]The Employment Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s complaints for unfair constructive dismissal or unlawful deduction of wages as they have been presented outside of the time limit prescribed by the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The Employment Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s complaints for direct disability discrimination, discrimination arising from disability, indirect disability discrimination, failure to make reasonable adjustments or unlawful discrimination as they have been presented outside the time limit prescribed by the Equality Act 2010 and it is not just and equitable to extend time.[3]All of the Claimant’s claims are therefore dismissed. Acting
