JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages.[2]The claim in respect of holiday pay succeeds. .[3]The claim that there was a failure to give a statement of employment particulars succeeds.[4]The Claimant is awarded the following amounts by way of remedy: a) (Unauthorised deduction from wages) 224 hours @ £9.00 = £2,016 less £1,008 paid by the Respondent on 25/5/22 = £1,008 b) (Holiday pay) 66.88 @ £9.00 = £601.92 Case Number: 3204207/2022 c) (Failure to give statement of employment particulars) 2 weeks’ pay (32 hours @ £9.00) = £288[5]The grand total sum of £1897.92 is payable to the Claimant by the Respondent forthwith.
