JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim was issued in the East London Employment Tribunals on 21 July 2022. The Respondent is not defending the claim.[2]The claim for unfair dismissal, unlawful deduction of wages and unpaid notice succeed and the remedy to which the claimant is entitled will be determined at a Remedy Hearing.[3]The hearing listed on 7 December 2022 is now converted to a Remedy Hearing. STATEMENT OF REMEDY (Schedule of loss) By or before 25 October 2022 the claimant is ordered to provide to the respondent and to the Tribunal, a properly itemised statement of the remedy sought (also called a schedule of loss).
