JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages succeeds under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure as no response was entered.[2]The Claimant’s claim for payment for accrued, untaken holiday upon termination succeeds under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure as no response was entered.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,200 gross in respect of unpaid wages (£500 per week x 2.4 weeks). The payment is to be made to the Claimant net of relevant deductions.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £153 gross in untaken holiday pay(1.53 days’ holiday paid at £500 per week).[5]The Respondent is therefore ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £1,353.00.
