JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the Respondent is amended to “Laindon Community Trading Company Ltd”.[2]The time to bring the claims for an unauthorised deduction from wages in respect of holiday pay and for notice pay are extended to the date on which the ET1 Claim Form was filed.[3]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages in respect of holiday pay.[4]The Claimant is owed notice pay by the Respondent.[5]The Claimant is owed a redundancy payment by the Respondent.[6]The Respondent is to pay the Claimant a total of £1,199 comprised of:(1) Holiday pay: £427.28;(2) Notice pay: £385.86; 1 of 2 Case Number: 3203832/2021 V(3) Redundancy pay: £385.86.
