JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid salary in February 2022 succeeds.[2]The Claimant’s claim for accrued holiday pay 2021 – 2022 succeeds.[3]The Claimant was not provided with a statement of written particulars of employment.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £3,272.29 in respect of her successful claims consisting of:a. Unpaid salary (2 weeks x£602) £1204.44b. Unpaid holiday (11.7 days x£79.17 per day) £926.29c. Failure to provide written particulars (2 x £571 capped) £1142.00[5]Although damages are calculated on a net basis, since the Claimant will be liable for tax on the elements relating to pay, the gross figures have been used.
