No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:-[1]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages in respect of salary, holiday pay and notice pay.[2]The Respondent breached the Claimant’s contract of employment by failing to make pension contributions.[3]The final hearing listed for 7 November 2022 is converted to a Remedy Hearing to decide the remedy to which the Claimant is entitled.
