JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim that there was an unauthorised deduction from her wages is well-founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £1,715.00. This sum is calculated on a gross basis. The Respondent is entitled to make any deductions which are due for tax and national insurance contributions before payment is made to the claimant[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £594.00 in respect of financial loss attributable to the unlawful deduction from wages, pursuant to section 24(2) Employment Rights Act 1996.
