JUDGMENT
Upon hearing the evidence of the claimant and submissions from the respondents’ representative and having considered the bundle of documents prepared for the hearing: the claimant succeeds in her claims for her notice pay (i.e. breach of contract) and for her outstanding holiday pay (pursuant to the Working Time Regulations 1998). The claimant is awarded damages and compensation as follows: 12-weeks’ notice pay - £2,955.60* Unpaid holiday pay (having taken into account the previous overpayment of £188.45) - £1,797.56* Total - £4,753.16* Note This is a single Judgment debt, for which the respondents are jointly or severally responsible. * These figures are calculated at gross rates, so there may be a deduction for tax and national insurance, as appropriate.
