JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant withdrew her claim against the first respondent and the claim against Meraboiler Ltd is dismissed.[2]The second respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages by failing to pay her wages for 1 February 2022 to 16 February 2022 and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £809.13.[3]The second respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £628.10.[4]The second respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation of £1,348.60 pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 for failure to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars.
