JUDGMENT
Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Claimant having provided details of her claim and how it is calculated in writng the hearing listed on 4 May 2020 is cancelled.[2]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and in accordance with section 24 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £542.00 forthwith, calculated as follows:(i) £527 wages due and unpaid; and(ii) £15.00 to compensated for the financial loss sustained as a result of the Respondent’s falure to pay the wages when lawfully due.
