JUDGMENT
This has been a remote hearing, not objected to by the parties. The form of remote hearing was A: Audio Only. A face to face hearing was not held because it was not practicable and no-one requested the same. The documents that I was referred to are those contained in the Employment Tribunal case file. The order made is described below.[1]The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay him the net sum of £1786.[2]This sum must be paid to the Claimant without further deduction. The Respondent shall be liable for any tax and national insurance due.
