[1]The Claimant’s claim for 1 weeks notice pay and accrued holiday pay succeed. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £322.66 in respect of her claims consisting of:1.1 1 weeks notice pay £199.101.2 Accrued unpaid holiday pay £123.56[2]The Respondent’s counterclaim for damages for breach of contract arising from the Claimant not returning the shop keys succeeds. The Claimant is ordered to pay the Respondent the total sum of £171.00 in this regard.[3]The Respondent is therefore ordered to pay the Claimant the balancing sum of £151.66.
