This has been a remote hearing on the papers which has been consented to by the Claimant. The form of remote hearing was A: audio fully remote. A face to face hearing was not held because it was not practicable and all issues could be determined in a remote hearing. The judgment made is described below. The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that: -[1]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages. Remedy[2]The Claimant’s wage was paid at the rate of £13per hour.[3]The Claimant worked for the Respondent between 11 August and 6 September 2019. The Claimant was not paid for 82 hours. The Respondent deducted a total of £1,066 gross from the Claimant’s wages.[4]The total amount due to the Claimant is £750 net wages.
