JUDGMENT
[1]By consent, the Respondent unlawfully deducted the sum of £1,916.67 due as wages, notice pay and holiday pay for the month of January 2021. The said sum being calculated as one twelfth of the Claimant’s annual salary of £23,000.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,916.67 in wages. This amount is gross.[3]The Claimant’s claim for commission brought as a claim for unauthorised deduction from wages contrary to section 8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed.[4]The Claimant’s claim for redundancy is dismissed on withdrawal from the Claimant.
