JUDGMENT
(1) The respondent shall pay to claimant the following as damages for breach of contract:a. Unpaid wages totaling £2,893.36 gross (calculated at a rate of £271.26 gross per week).b. Contractually agreed uplift for late payment of wages of £289.34 (10% of late paid wages).c. Notice pay of £271.26.(2) The respondent shall pay to the claimant compensation of £424.97 in respect of accrued but untaken holiday at the date of termination.(3) The above sums, totalling £3,878.93, shall be paid within 14 days of the date of this judgment.
