[1]By order dated 5 February 2021 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why his claim be struck out because he has not complied with the Tribunal order of 13 January 2021 and it has not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimant has failed to make any representations why his case should not be struck out or to request a hearing.[3]His complaints are therefore struck out.[4]The hearing listed for 2 and 3 September 2021 is vacated.
