The entirety of the Claimant’s claims are struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay deposits of £75 per allegation following a decision taken on the papers on 20 October 2021 as a condition of advancing each of her two claims of direct race discrimination. The Order was sent to the claimant on 25 October 2021.The claimant has failed to pay either deposit. Each complaint of direct discrimination contrary to Sections 13 and 39 of the Equality Act 2020 is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 19, 20 & 21 January 2022 will not take place.
