JUDGMENT

[1]Pursuant to the rule 36 of the 2013 ET rules the new lead case for the matter is Mr I Rothwell 3202653/2019. The schedule of related cases are attached as Schedule A to this judgment.[2]The 125 employees employed by Westex Limited at its Bow Road location are entitled to a declaration that Westex Limited failed to inform or consult them in respect of the redundancies that took place within a period of 90 days. These employees are entitled to a protective award.[3]The 70 employees employed by Westex Limited at its Harlow location are entitled to a declaration that Westex Limited failed to inform or consult them in respect of the redundancies that took place within a period of 90 days. These employees are entitled to a protective award.
