[1]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal brought under Part X of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim for wrongful dismissal is allowed.[3]The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages in respect of holiday pay is allowed by agreement.[4]The Respondent is liable to the Claimant in the sum of £8,976.79 in respect of his contractual notice.[5]The Respondent is liable to the Claimant in the sum of £175.40 for underpayment of holiday pay.
