JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal under the Employment Rights Act 1996 is struck out because she lacks the necessary two-year qualifying period of employment. For the avoidance of doubt, this does not affect the Claimant’s ability pursue her other claims (under the Equality Act 2010, and of breach of contract).[2]The First Respondent, the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority, is removed from these proceedings, pursuant to sch. 1, rule 34 of the ETs (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regs 2013.
