The Claimant’s claims are struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 14 January 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why his complaints of unfair dismissal, redundancy payment, notice pay, holiday pay, arrears of pay and other payments not be struck out because:1.1 He has not complied with the orders of the Tribunal dated 16 November 2019; and1.2 they have not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to comply with the further order of the Tribunal dated 14 January 2021 to provide further particulars and he has failed to make any representations why his case should not be struck out or to request a hearing.[3]His complaints are therefore struck out.
