[1]In relation to the claims brought by the Claimant against Liquid Personnel Limited and Adecco UK Limited in Case Number 3202592/2018, the Claimant withdraws her claims. Those claims are therefore dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]There being no further claims brought against Liquid Personnel Limited or Adecco UK Limited, those Respondents are removed from the proceedings. The Claimant and the London Borough of Newham are to attempt to agree the issues in the claim against the London Borough of Newham. In default of agreement, the parties are to ask the Tribunal to list a Closed Preliminary Hearing to determine the issues that require resolution at the final hearing.
