JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant sums to which she was contractually due in respect of wages, commission and bonus in the following sums:(i) £1,153.80 notice pay(ii) £226.20 sick pay for August 2019(iii) £46.15 hours worked on 28 August 2019(iv) £2,279.54 commission and balance of bonus for 2017/18[2]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction of £330.35 from the Claimant’s wages in her August 2019 payslip (£1,500 deducted in August 2019 less £1,169.65 overpayment in July 2019).[3]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s 12.5 days holiday entitlement which was accrued but untaken on termination. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,442.25.[4]The total sum which the Respondent must pay to the Claimant is £5,478.29 Case Number: 3202500/2019
