Employment Judge Warren 20 February 2019 Case Number: 3202497/2018 1 RM EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: Mr M Kwatra Respondent: Machine OS Limited Heard at: East London Hearing Centre On: 7 March 2019 Before: Regional Employment Judge Taylor Representation Claimant: In person Respondent: Did not attend REMEDY JUDGMENT The judgment of the Tribunal is that:-[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s pay, for the months July, August and September 2018.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £10,344.14 being the total of the unauthorised deductions of salary.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1873.69 being the total of the unauthorised deductions of work related expenses incurred for the months of May until August 2018.[4]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £8,500 being the total of the commission payments earned for the months of May until June 2018.[5]The total sum awarded to the claimant is £21, 068.11.
