JUDGMENT

[1]The complaints made by Mrs Rachael Rogers are not well founded and accordingly are dismissed.[2]The complaints made by Mr Michael Rogers are not well founded and accordingly are dismissed.[3]Mr Elliot Rogers is entitled to recover the sum of £253.12 by way of statutory redundancy payment, and the sum of £253.12 by way of unpaid notice pay.[4]As the administrator has not given permission for Mr Elliot Rogers to proceed with his claim for accrued but unpaid holiday pay, this claim is dismissed.
