JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claims of harassment contrary to Sections 26 and 40 of the Equality Act 2010 were presented after the period defined in Sub-Section December 2023 when the claims were presented to the Tribunal. 123(1)(a) and it is not just and equitable to extend the time limit to 13

[2]It follows that the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear these claims (which the claims under section 26 and 40 of the Equality Act 2010 are dismissed. for the avoidance of doubt were all the claims brought by the Claimant) and Employment Judge Crosfill 1 July 2024 Reasons for the judgment above having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a request was made by either party at the hearing or a written request is presented by either party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.
