Mr D Goodliff v Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd: 3202428/2018
JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider whether the Claimant suffered detriments in the respects alleged during 2013 on the ground that he had previously made protected disclosures. These complaints were issued outside the statutory time limits. It was reasonably practicable to have brought these proceedings in relation to those complaints within the applicable time limits.[2]The Claimant’s complaints fail on their merits and are accordingly dismissed.
