Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has failed to enter a response to the claim. Claimant’s complaints of unauthorised deduction from wages and a breach of contract by failure to pay notice succeed.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £429 in respect of the unauthorised deduction from wages.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the gross sum of £320.[4]The hearing listed on 1 March 2019 is cancelled.
