[1]The claimant’s last day of work was 13 December 2019. Her ACAS certificate was dated 24 March 2020. The claim for failure to pay holiday pay and outstanding wages was brought on 24 July 2020.[2]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s complaints as they were issued outside of the relevant time limits, in breach of section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and Regulation 30 of the Working Time Regulations 1998.[3]The claims are struck out and any hearing dates are cancelled.
