Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Claimant worked 40 hours a week and had an average gross weeks pay of £342.88. The Claimant worked for the Respondent from 2 February 2023 to 27 June 2023.[2]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s salary for June 2023 and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £1485.85[3]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages on 1 weeks pay amounting to £342.88[4]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s accrued holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant 2 weeks pay amounting to £685.76[5]The Respondent is therefore ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £2514.59 in respect of her successful claims.
