Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent was served with these proceedings on 6 November 2019.[2]The Respondent has failed to present a Response to this claim by the deadline of 4 December or at all.[3]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant's wages by failing to pay her any wages for the period 2 August to 3 September 2019 inclusive.[4]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant any holiday pay.[5]The Respondent has failed to reimburse the Claimant for expenses reasonably incurred in her work.[6]The Claimant is entitled to the following remedy: -Unpaid wages (1 month’s pay) = £1,600.00 -holiday pay (2 days = £1600 x 12/52/12) = £148.00 - expenses of £50 = 50.00 4.17 Rule 21 judgment – universal template.
