JUDGMENT

The Claimants complaints of direct disability discrimination and failure to make reasonable adjustments are struck out.

REASONS

[1]The claimant was ordered to pay two separate deposits of £300 following a preliminary hearing held on 27 April 2020. The Order was sent to the Claimant on 28 April 2020 and payment was required by 2 June 2020.[2]The Claimant has failed to pay the deposits. Therefore the Claimant’s complaints of direct disability discrimination and failure to make reasonable adjustments are struck out. under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[3]A further preliminary hearing to consider the Claimant’s constructive dismissal complaint will take place on 3 August 2020 for 1 hour.
