Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The Respondent having failed to present an ET3 response to the claim by 4 December 2019, the judgment of the Tribunal is:[1]The respondents made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages. The respondents are ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £198.00[2]The claim for notice pay does not succeed. The claimant was not entitled to any statutory notice of dismissal, not having been continuously employed for one month, see section 86 Employment Rights Act.[3]The hearing listed on 24 February 2020 is cancelled.
