The Claimant’s claims are struck out for the following reasons:(1) they have no reasonable prospect of success;(2) the Claimant had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal made on 29 June 2020 and has failed to prosecute his case in a reasonable manner;(3) it is not in the interests of justice to grant an adjournment. JUDGMENT FOLLOWING RECONSIDERATION The claimant’s application dated 21 January 2021 for reconsideration of the judgment sent to the parties on 7 January 2021 is refused.

REASONS

[1]The Claimant has failed to set out why the reconsideration is necessary and would be in the interests of justice.[2]There is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked.
