In respect of his complaint of disability discrimination, £6,158.26, (made up of an award for injury to feelings of £5,215.38 and £942.88 compensatory award, inclusive of interest), and 1.2. In respect of his complaint of unfair dismissal, a Basic Award of £5,080.[2]For the avoidance of doubt, the total payable by the Respondent to the Claimant, without deduction, is £11,238.26.
